At least with these the releases come much slower than 3A, and you only get (so far) one variant per figure

The front of the box really isn't a dio, but the flap folds down and does make a little backdrop that I used for the photos.

Well, I went for the white version, very glad I did. The red is very very cool, but space suits just have to be white for me (well, appart from in 2001 ASO).
I'm reviewing him as I speak, and he is just fantastic, love it!

I she got me the white one!!!

I cannot seem to get the helmet lights to work though.
I pulled out the tap and proceed to unscrew the battery panel.
The lights flickered but I haven't been able to get them back again.

I assume they did that very annoying thing again wit the battery formation ie. one slightly raised or whatever.

Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

First off, congrats Wook and Eamon!!! You guys are gonna love Adam and will not likely be tracking down the other figures if you don't already have them

The lights are often a bit weird on HT figures. I usually find if I pull out the batteries and reposition them they work well... if not you could always try new batteries.

If not, get a hold of HT customer service right away and get a replacement as I've heard their electronics are often poorly constructed and it can be easy for the wires to become disconnected.

I flippin love this figure. It's so different from all the other Hot Toys.
I still think a more realistic anatomy would've been better but I understand this is the style.

I'm tempted to get the red one now! Would be cool having the two of em.

Anyways, I am have a very nice day because of this figure.
(though I also got HT Whiplash and MOTU Whiplash!)

Much to my chagrin I haven't even pointed a camera at Adam yet, well appart from my new mobile phone (yes he was a wallpaper for a while).
I'll be on it soon, rest assured!

Aw nuts... that would be nice to have in the regular as well

But, the vinyl figure I have came with a signed print so I guess that's one more reason to keep it
