Apocalypse Legendary Scale Bust

I'm in the minority here and think it actually looks pretty cool. Gonna pass though since I don't do the LSB thing...

I like it too, unfortunately I despise the lsb line. :emperor:emperor:emperor

And to think this line started off so strong with Iron Man, Dare Devil...now these last two Hulk and now this one aren't impressing me at all.


He looks constipated.

I love the line but some of them just don't excite me.

Doom
Daredevil Yellow and Red
Wolverine

Goblin


Sideshow went homerun until Hulk, imo.

This Bust may not look great, but the LSB line is awesome.IT IS a better product that the smallish, puny Bowen busts.

Toe , you should have been a completist on that line.I wonder if there's at least one person in the world who owns the whole line???

I agree Toe, I have only iron man and doom, but will get wolvie first, then eventually thor. will pass on the rest.

I think the size of these is perfect and the detail is still superb. I'd really like to know what isn't to like about this line?

I was becasue I really like how well they are executed, but I ain't waisting my money on that Hulk, bro. I been looking on ebay to see if I can buy one for cheap though.

I think the Thor LSB looks really nice, will display well with the PF and the Thor Frog from Bowen I'm planning to buy (shhhhhhhh)This could make a great display.

I can't believe that they say Marvel fans are immature...

Personally I think that Apocalypse is a waste of a character and I'm not a fan of the LSBs, but at least they tried something different and gave him some expression. In something this size just having a frown and blank eyes wouldn't have worked - it would be as boring as the photoshops that are posted in this thread.

I think that it's just the poor design of the character that makes this a less attractive LSB than the other Marvel characters.

C'mon Dave poor design would be if they made one of your tonner dolls out of poly, this just plain bad.

He looks like Vader without the helmet, next we'll be getting the SW people in here saying they want to buy it to re-paint it.

I really like the LSB line and think its fantastic its a new character, its just really think they are way off the mark with this one.

Ah well I dont get them anyway so its no loss to me its just dissapointing to see such potential of a great character go to waste.

The only reason I'm not keen on them is I get annoyed paying for a 1:2 piece , i feel if I'm gonna pay for one it may as well be 1:1 and since I try to collect 1:1 stuff anyway they would look out of place and small.

but you collect 1/6 figures.....

I understand the 1:1 thing...I collect 1:1 prop replicas and am not too keen on the scaled stuff. but this is a bust...its not like it's the full character anyways.

I dunno, I don't really think you can compare the two, being that the bowen busts actually include the torso and these don't, but in terms of facial expression, poses, etc...Bowen busts win hands down.

The last two LSB are killing me, they are sooo bad.

I don't care for the scale, and for me personally there just hasn't really been a WOW factor with any of them thus far. I was excited about the Iron Man Exclusive and when it got here I was kinda meh it's ok..sell. It's not that they are bad pieces, I just don't have any interest in the line. I collect mainly 1:1 and PF(occasionaly some other exceptional stuff) and every time they pump out one of these I feel like I'm missing out on a piece I would love.
