That looks like Walter Simonson's original Apocalypse design from X-Factor or Whilce Portacio's with the added red eyes.

I don't think Jim Lee ever drew Apocalypse?

I know that he did solo drawings and he also drew Apocalypse on the cards, but I was talking about as an active character in his X-Men run. I don't think he drew X-Cutioner's song but I can't remember and I am too lazy to look it up.
