Lol, I'm glad I'm not the only one pissed off at the authorities about this. Last night I heard about it and saw the disclaimers on Adult Swim and it just pissed me the hell off that a city would so overreact. The Paranoia of some people.

You'd think the officials would want to act like it never happened as opposed to pressing charges and making fools of themselves. If I were mayor of Boston I would downplay the hell out of this. Maybe try to outright deny it...politicians are good at that.

Actually, that's why I think they are pressing charges, because the scare made them look like incompetent idiots and their pathetic ego's can't take the blame.
I think they should fine the news stations for blowing up a non-issue out of proportions. I can imagine CNN FOX or NBC running station promotions saying "We were the first to break the story about Lightbright cartoons terrorizing the city of Boston, your only source for news".

And how can the city charge those guys for placing a hoax device, Their intentions were not to make a terrorism hoax, but to advertise a cartoon show. It's the city of Boston that made it into a terrorism hoax.
