Are waitlists for the exclusive Cap still going through?

I would give up already. Better to accept that fact and be pleasantly surprised if it does somehow get converted or you can still hope for that one day to arrive, and it doesn't...

All I know is I got my regular Cap PF and he came in minty fresh to me. My inner child seems to be accepting that. Sure he's no exclusive but he's still going for near retail on eBay. Now's the time to pick him up if there was ever a time to get him through the secondary market.

I don't have to give up, I already have one. Mfoga was going to cancel his and I purchased it from him at cost. If the other one converts, it will be for a friend of mine.
