Hi Guys,please i ordered Frazetta Barbarian EX ,i see the item is slowly shipping but i still didnt get my shipping invoice and on my account in status is written expired and under is written canceled.just asking if this is normal because i havent cancelled anything .i have no problem to wait just want some clarification.is my first order from ARH.thanks and have a nice day

They experienced a lot of website glitches that caused issues.
They don't answer email much due to volume right now but their phone number is listed on their site. Call them, it's worth it.

I called just the other day from Australia to sort out a statue order where 2 payments went through and then no more, took me over a year to notice lol. Sorted out over the phone while driving my car, only took 10 minutes.

but you will have to google how to call a US number from your home country.

These are shipping now. I had missed out on the EX but BigBadToys has these In-Stock now so I ordered one with them. Since the EX was just the print, I am cool with the Reg. Shipping Fee was Fantastic from BBT considering that it's Two Boxes and states this Piece is a Hundred Pounds.

How much was shipping?
No separate EX ARH is just giving some to BBTS to sell. Total ES should be 80. All of them should have the print, most come creased.
All in 1 box. Actual weight is nowhere near 100 lbs., statue is quite light.

Yeah the box is bigger but not unheard of by statue standards. Suprisingly it fits in a small package.
ARH charged $50.

John absolutely smoked this paint job! 100% potential of this statue has been realized.

I was a little disappointed with my statue because of painting and casting on mines...I am a little hopeful after seeing John bring out the potential of this sculpt, congrats to owner to John for painting and to Ehren for sculpting...masterpiece.
