It may well be, but we cannot say it is in fact just yet as we are in negotiations to use the license. Sideshow may be doing a PF line too, we are working together to bring the best of Red Sonja to you in the coming year.

You may not be aware of this but she will also, possibly be offered by herself on a rock base. This will not be a PF. We assume SS will have the PF version of their own at some point and time.

It's not. Can't say how I know that, but I can say it is something that I completely believe, given where I got the information.

Although it should also be said that Sideshow's Red Sonja plans have been gestating so long now that who knows if the piece they were planning is still on the drawing board, and if it will ever actually happen. I haven't heard anything on that front for ages, though I sincerely hope it does.

Much like many of their more niche licenses, it'll either just simply pop up out of the blue one day, or else we'll likely never hear about it again. I still have hopes that it'll be the former, and not the latter.
