As nice as I know they are going to be, I think I'm going to pass on the Fairy Tale prints this year and just get the calendar. I'm still gonna get the Book and Black Widow print, so that will satisfy my JSC needs.

150 pieces now huh. Hope that means they will be available online so no need to add them to my "Get me some stuff Ill" list. I hope he shows more of them before SDCC starts.

Yea, I'm not feeling the few prints we've seen by JSC so far... Last years stuff really was a pleasant surprise, but JSC tends to always let me down with his follow ups (whether its a print or a comic)

I'm hoping there's at least one print that'll strike me just right and will be a must buy... I'm hoping...

I can't say i have been let down either, can't wait till i see the new calendar prints!!!! last years really were something special so i'm hoping these ones will follow suit!

the Wicked Witch one I saw is pretty nice and I'm sure I'll get it. But now I have to get the colored and lineart prints of the images. talk about wallet killer.

Is there anyone who can do a Freak a favor and pick up a copy for me? Incurable Collector is already hooking me up with some other stuff, which is GREATLY APPRECIATED, and I don't want to burden him with another request.

lol I dont know if the new prints are a let down since I havent seen them yet but he's obviously utilizing on the success of the first fairytale prints.

I don't mind them being the same themed "fairy tales" prints, but the only ones that I've seen (Wicked Witch, Alice, Beauty and the Beast, Princess and the Pea, and possibly Snow White and the Queen of Hearts) have all been kinda lackluster.

The Wicked Witch, Princess/Pea, and Queen of Hearts are at least new characters, but they just don't strike my fancy. Rehashing the same characters with the others doesn't interest me at all honestly.

To be frank, Sleeping Beauty and Little Red Riding Hood were last years best (even though Beauty was aesthetically drawn incorrect) while the rest varied from "too complicated" to "no inspiration" for my tastes.

Just give me a sexy chick with a nice background and not a lot of "stuff" around her and I'll be as happy as a clam (or something lol)


EDIT:: Scratch the Snow White and Queen of Hearts (for now) JSC just Facebook'd me that they were his covers for old Zenoscope comics... Still, it doesn't mean that he isn't using those characters lol
