There's two different sellers on evilbay selling them but one says 13x17 and the other 9½x13 even thought they're both numbered to 150, which i'm guessing is from the NYCC?

You sure he didnt say "finger ^^^^ me"? He is very small so it takes awhile for the sound to reach your ears and then it may have sounded like Fingaz suck.

They most certainly are, 13" x 17", confirmed by me when they arrived at my house this past Saturday.

Don't blame him, it's the fans that demanded it.

2 months in...my prints still won't flatten

Just putting them underneath books won't do it, what I had to do was CAREFULLY roll them the other way, that did the trick.
