it should be shipping around the 11th of september. and i think you got a good shot at getting the exclusive, im not cancelling mine but it looks like a lot of people are.

Not me! Can't wait for my Asajj Exclusive but as I'm in the EU I will have to wait a bit more!

i think each and every waitlist for the exclusive will be converted, despite the low edition size - I think a lot of factors are against this piece:

* the timing, with anakin (and a lot of other stuff) around the corner
* the fact that the recent movie was not very well recieved by many
* the fact that the sabers don't light up
* the fact that a lot of people are perfectly fine with the non-exclusive version and just ordering it.
* the fact that despite what some may say, she is still EU to a lot of folks, including me.

Having said all that, it is a beautiful piece, and I look forward to adding her to my collection one day.

Im not bothered about the exclusive, think the face on the regular looks just fine,
I dont get why every character doesnt have a light up saber, Grievous is the only one that it wouldnt have been possible with. Bit more time and it could have been fantastic. I can see them struggling to shift some of these in a few months time (though I will be getting a regular one when they get cheap enough!)

It could have been possible, it would have raised the price considerably because the connection would have probably been pricey but it could have been done, people have converted Hasbro's figure to "light up" and the arms are just as thin. Grevious is seriously impressive but man if it lit up I guarantee bar none it would have been THE best Star Wars PF.

Did it have anything to do with the fact that her hand is interchangable? Or did they do that to make up for the sabers not lighting?

Yeah I'm still not regretting passing on this one. I need to still see the new film, but from what the reviews say as well as the box office earnings doesn't tell any signs of it being a good movie.

Her role in the new movie and cartoon is the least of what she's worth as a character. The original Clone Wars cartoon, and the Dark Horse comics especially, were where she was introduced, developed, and earned the lion's share of her reputation. Still, if you're not a fan, you're not a fan.

But for those who are, this statue is more than welcome. This, and the Gentle Giant statue of her and Dooku, will probably be the last of her high end representations (unless someone does her sabers).

I've been on the WL since April, and it just converted. If you cancel, be ready for a long wait, or risk not getting one at all. I don't see how they can miss the mark on this one. The paint apps are simple enough.
