Yes, she's a tad smaller than some other PFs. But it's not distracting in my opinion. She's still bigger than 1:5.

It really is 1/4. Dooku is 77" tall and his PF is 20" with base, while she is 70.8" tall and her PF is 17" with base. It's a little short but not that much.

I had just assumed her character was meant to be short - hence the smaller size.

Yea she is supposed to, that is why it is called scale size.

It seems like scale confuses so many people. A 7 foot tall person and a 5 foot tall person will be different sizes if they're in the same scale.
