I showed these pictures off over at the 3A forum, but since some of you don't frequent that site, I'll show them here too...
My daughter fell in love with them. Started calling them "boys" because my wife asked if they were boys or girls. I had to snap a pic with her and the three of my "boys"...
Next, because I wanted my shorts weathered, I tried some pants and a jacket on just for kicks...
The pants I don't like, but the jacket looks pretty good!
Last, a shot of my newly weathered shorts. I went mild because I didn't want to over do it. A small amount of sanding and some soot and mud...

Excellent pix there magman! I don't like the pants also. The jacket looks cool, but the Three Kings look best of all together with your daughter! 
Although I see the "unlogic" behind the clean shorts, and grubby bodies (I think the shirts are clean also?), I don't see the need to do any weathering myself. I like to keep my collectibles as close to the way I bought them as possible. That's personal, I know. I still need to open my box. Trying to figure out a way of opening the white box without having to untack the plastic foil.

Hey guys I did one more bash before bed last night. I really like the outcome of this one. I used a little Tamiya "snow" weathering on the jacket, pants, gloves and pouches.

Yeah, that's an ongoing custom I've been working on. I actually stole the pants from that guy to put on Hideo. Not sure I'm keeping him in this gear or not, although he looks pretty cool I think!

I like him more like that actually. I definitely can see him in a coat and pants, so this works. Can kill some robots out in the snow.
