that's putting it mildly...
fast if they get it right but-
throwing package anywhere in the yard (egg hunt to find it),
delivering to wrong address, in the wrong town,
constantly smashed packages,
worst customer service- you have to fight with phone automation for any info...

Most often what happens is the package just SITS at the distribution center one town over for 10 days, 14 days... it is very frustrating. Apparently they are short drivers in Seattle

Well, I'm very glad now that I cancelled with Sideshow and re-ordered from Asmus. Took 4 days to get here- and may have arrived sooner but for the holiday weekend.

Thanks- I agree, the pipe helps a lot. I think this sculpt must have been made with the pipe in mind. Otherwise it comes across as a bit grim. When smoking, he doesn't look "angry" he just looks contemplative.

Sometimes you can go and pick them up! I’ve done it before. Have them do a hold shipment and it will go to that location or wait for pickup. A pain but much easier.
