It would have to be a shorter than normal stand. Grishnakh shouldn't be standing upright, but should be hunched over with knees bent so that his arms would hang close to the ground.
 
I love how Asmus keeps pumping out figures with these surprises along the way. There is still the rest of the fellowship to come too.
