@Asmus
I've been talking to Customer support via email, but I haven't got replies since I paid the invoice in November.
Can you please follow up and check?
Originally, I've ordered "DANTE (DMCIII) LUXURY EDITION", but I requested it to change it to "upgrade package"
I was asked to place another order with another deposit ($20 for new order)
Now the item is out, and Asmus sales should combine deposits for 2 orders and send me the invoice - which they did and I paid in November.
I didn't get any update since. No email replies, no shipping update.
Please follow up. Thank you.

-I PMed you with more details and order numbers as well, but didn't get reply from you either.
What's going on?

I got my Dante, but the feet keep flopping, and he can't support his own weight without falling, unlike my Nero figure, which can stand pretty well on its own without a stand. I contacted their customer service but got no replies. Is this normal?

get some felt tapes and reenforce the pegs.

I ordered two DMC3 Dante, and a Nero first. The Dante came in defected and not being able to stand without flopping over every few seconds, the Nero's coat was flaking badly out of the box, but I didn't notice how badly it was until I tried displaying it with the DMC3 Dante. The customer service took 4 days to reply, not addressing the flaking of my Nero, then another 6 days to reply. It was flaking all over my hands and table from how bad it was. I asked for a replacement, but they told me to return it for fixing. So I asked if they covered shipping.

So I thought it was normal procedures for them to ship to them, for them to examine the products and return the replacements, and that they will cover everything. I asked for a final acknowledgment if they will cover shipping but they didn't reply, I was in a hurry to get things fixed, so I shipped it. Then I ask them for another response which they didn't reply again, now finally, I have lost all my patience after nearly two weeks of trying to get my defected products fixed. I filed a chargeback with Paypal and they finally replied.

I ordered from their main website of course. And these are the flaking and loose joints. Not to mention Dante's zipper felt apart when I try to tie together. This was a terrible experience considering that I spent two weeks trying to tide things over normally.

I know they have an account here, so I am really interested to find out what the rationale for all of this is. Why didn't they just send me a replacement? Why do I have to pay for my own shipping for their own defected items? Why is their customer service replying in such a vague way when I ask if they covered my shipping?

I had trouble with Asmus order and product twice and I stopped buying their product.
The source of their problem is their separated order and customer service. They have 2 different order servers - One in Taiwan and one outside Taiwan.
And they AREN'T synced!! So is their customer service.

One day they are nice and follow up with your order and complaint, but the next day - you gotta start all over and they don't leave the record of your previous complaint/issues.

That sounds abysmal. I had a Nero which arrived flaking, it was so bad that the pleather dust literally got all over my hand and they didn't even send me a replacement. I sent it in and they said I had to pay for my own shipping over. They said flaking isn't in the after-sell service even though my product just arrived! It's a fresh purchase, how should it be flaking lol? @Asmus

It seems to me that here on the forum they have different people working under one account. In the Snake from "Escape from New York" thread, Asmus thanks the community for adequate comments, thanks to which they made edits to the sculpt. Meanwhile, the DMC thread...
