That's definitely a legitimate point. Damage control is one thing, blatant deception is another. I couldn't criticize anyone for wanting to speak with their wallets if they don't like the way Asmus does business. But at the end of the day, we all balance that with the perceived value of the product. SSC really pissed me off once when a customer service rep claimed that blatant QC issues were what you had to expect from a "hand crafted" Hot Toys figure, for example. I about had it with them at that point
