Look guys, we have plans to make sure ALL the Henrietta bust will be haired from this point on, we will announce the plan very soon
How about the three scratches not on Ashs' ribs?

I'm surprised by this response in this thread from Asmus.

Asides from what is "supposed" to be done are you going to address issues with those who already received defective figures?

Moreover, are you going to offer a transparent explanation on how and why such a lapse in quality control happened?

At the very least, how about a public apology in the manner the issue occurred and inconsistent follow up responses from your supposed customer service reps?

Are your responses basically PR/damage control at this point without admitting any fault/responsible?

Yeah, I'd like to know the answers to these questions, too.

And is it me, but don't they sound a bit snippy with the " Look guys"? lol Brah, we didn't do anything wrong.

Dudes, they're just going to hire some kids to butter the back of Henrittas head with glue and slap some fake *** Linda hair on her. No way this is going to get better. It's already meme worthy. lmao

“Plans” you better make damn sure then check again after that…”plans” went out the window a long time ago and you dropped a heavy ball on your foot just make it right. If not then it’s your company you can run it straight into the ground as hard as you want every day of the week.

The truth is we have only shipped out less than 20 luxury sets,
and we will exam the rest one by one ourselves.

We did start to find more hair-less Henrietta, so if anyone among the 20 collectors, please contact us for a replacemet.

Guys he has full articulation in the legs and arms. He looks pretty great in hand and is on par with CCTOYS Joel. I just pulled him out of the box and stood him up on the counter. Don't have time to pose him etc. Tough crowd. I'd say if you think he's subpar then def cancel. I'm happy with him. Looks quite good in hand for sure. Not perfect but very good.

When I pulled him out of the box I expected a disaster but this version is pretty much what I expected which was solid and on par with being a good figure to display. No clue about the deluxe edition so someone else will have to review that one. Not disappointed at all at this point just by checking him out and taking phone pics within 10 minutes of receiving him.

I guess I'll be fine with just the standard version. That seamless arm really is a joke it's just a regular double jointed arm with a rubber sleeve. Not like their DMC5 V figure that had good seamless arms.

For the seamless arm, we are trying a different approach,
this is the same way 3zero does for their Rambo and Ninja turtle. and Hot Toys does with Thanos
it has greater movements, as for the fold, you can adjusted it while posing.

It is actually not an easier way compare to the embed seamless arms like we did with V,
because for each arm, it requires 2 sets of tooling instead of 1 set.

So is the "response" due to this discussion thread within the Collector Freak forum?

OR

@$MU$ realized they ****ed up and supposedly they're realizing they're losing $ due to cancellations?

The letter comes across as a "business response" to mitigate damages/losses no more and no less.

No genuine sincerity, humility, or apology per say.

I do a much business documentation ranging from proposals to technical, etc. and the @$MU$ announcement addresses issues with the luxury edition, but it doesn't address how and why it occurred given how they manage to **** up from prior releases.

The announcement comes off a bit as being "defiant" IMHO.

It was a joke😁

Someone saw the velcro fly not closed all the way in the video and expertly concluded that the tailoring is so bad you can't close the pants.

I was pointing out the absurdity of stating facts based on nothing more than a photo.

This release has numerous very legitimate issues, but as with many first in hand photos people tend to freak out over non issues as well.

I think with so many legit issues the whole set is now under a microscope and people are now looking for things to add to the pile of issues. Whether they are warranted or not.

I agree.

This thread is reflecting more poorly on collectors at this point. We get it, this figure did not meet expectations. At this point, just cancel your order and/or get your money back. But everybody wants to be a 'cool kid' and make jokes, when you're really just being a bully.

What about the following? Please respond to each, carefully:

Missing paint apps on Ash's body?

The lackluster paint apps on Henrietta?

The minimal paint on the severed hand (no rotting flesh, bones painted red)?

The strange bulge at the back of Ash's neck?

The unsightly scissor cuts on the "torn" shirt?

The strange black smudges on the hands?

The skin tone inconsistencies between the head, body, and hands?

The wrong paint apps on the chainsaw (top should be RED)?

The wrong hair colour on Deadite Linda?

Also, please explain Asmus showing the photo of prototype Henrietta, and pretending it came out of one of the boxes. We know it was a lie.

I feel Asmus should take ownership for lapse in judgment, their dishonesty, and numerous QC issues, and offer partial refunds to everyone who hasn't already cancelled their order.

This is your moment to salvage what remains of your tattered reputation, otherwise many will not purchase from you ever again. The ball is in your court.

I stated that because the reviewer said so. So there's that . . .
