You can't go wrong with any of the Ultimate (Spidey, X-Men, FF & Avengers) books,

I would agrue that Ultimate Spidey hasn't really disappointed in giving good reads that give the old stories and characters new life. Ultimates IMHO was great during run "1", slowed a bit during run "2" and I haven't really be interested much in Loeb's "3". The FF book started with promise but IMO fell flat.

Yeah, it's a great read Loki, it may not be for all the X-Men purists, but I've enjoyed it.

Actually I disagree, I think its definitely for purists because you see more character development than any other books really. I just hate the whole Beast is a cat thing. Never warmed up to that.

The current runs of Iron Man and Captain America have been no less than epic. It's the strongest run each of these heroes has had.

Most definitely, the most recent run has definitely bumped new life into these characters like never before!
