Attention ALL Puertoricans, born on the island but living outside of it: Due to fraudulent use of Puerto Rico-issued birth certificates, ALL certificates printed BEFORE July 1st, 2010 will become VOID! You will need to get a new one after that date.

PLEASE spread the word to any and ALL Puertoricans you know! Neither the US nor PR governments have taken any action to inform island-born Puertoricans living abroad.
