There isn't much point for Fedex to AU. I mean, shipping time is about the same as USPS (10 - 14 days). The only thing fedex has, is the online tracking service but I don't care about knowing which dispatch centre my parcel has been through from Tennesee via Hawaii via Antartica. Just friggen send air mail/insured SS! Then I'd order more ^^^^@@ from saving on fedex costs!!

No, not that I'm aware of, but you maybe able to do an initial deposit and then a month late pay in full. Worth an email either way.

Daliman: If its something thats in stock and around the place at the moment, then your likely to get better shipping deals from some of the US dealers, unless its a website exclusive. Maybe give Adam a email https://store.darkshadowcollectibles.com/ and see if he can get it, he has good prices on shipping to Australia, I know, I've purchased from him myself.

As for general Air shipping, you'd think with fuel prices dropping so much lately, it would be getting cheaper, but I guess not. Tho at the same time, our sinking dollar isn't helping, so, all in all, do yourself a favour and put the money into your mortgage, will save you in the long run.

thanx for that i'll check out their website!!! Although i was looking at an exclusive...

Actually, I just got an SSW Elrond statue from the US, using USPS and it arrived in under 10 days. It did also have tracking, just that its not updated as much or often as Fedex would be.
Now, while I don't know what it would have cost to send via Fedex, but I suspected it would have cost a lot more.

Its the same crap shipping to asia too. We have a distributor but no exclusives.

I had to pay $57 to ship a 12" star wars figure that cost $90?

Shipping in bulk is also BS as i get taxed if the total cost of goods go above $260.

One of the reasons why i'll prob cancel my 3 pre-orders with SS.

Shipping prices are ridiculous!

Shipping to Malaysia is even more expensive. Its $75 for a 12-inch figure and $115 for two 12-inch figures. :horror And I am not staying in a kampung. I am in KL.

Do you use XL Shop.com. They have some good deals from time to time.
I got great service when i ordered and no problems at all. :chew
I think they have a store in KL.:D

Just had the Stormtrooper(s) notice come though. I had the EX and Reg on order, but just cancelled the regular. Main reason is I anticipate the post to be too much for both, so one had to go (guess I can pick up the reg on ebay later on anyhow).

Requested shipping quote for just the EX through the website, and if they could send it by USPS (insured). Will follow up if I get any response.

I do buy from them quite regularly for most Hot Toys and Medicom items. However, for Sideshow figures, they carry limited stocks and even then, not everything that Sideshow churned out. And they usually do not have the SS Exclusive Edition.

They have a retail shop quite near to my office and I pop over quite frequently during lunch hour. But I will only collect most of my purchase from them after office hours. I certainly didn't want my boss to see me carting boxes of figures into the office. :D
