I agree, music was the worst part of the movie other than the awesome Silvestri part.

Movie soundtracks are not what they used to be overall. It seems every year soundtracks are getting more bland and unforgettable. I know I'm showing my age here by I remember growing up in the 80's and 90's when Goldsmith, Williams, Horner, and Silvestri practically dominated the soundtrack scene. Scores were a highlight of the film that played just as big a part of the movie as the script. Throughout the years soundtracks became bland forgettable background stuff.

Not one of my favorite Marvel films. Visually its stunning, but it suffered from an overflow of just trying to stick too much into the film and trying to make a simple plot more complex. I DID like that you got to know the character s little more and while i liked the Vision, it jus tseemd he came out of nowehere. And Banner supporting Stark AGAIN, once they received the sleep chamber? Not very smart for a genius, lol

Well doesn't bode well for batman vs superman then, if that's your complaint lol

This movie was AWESOME. Great fun, visually fun. Smile on my face the whole time.
Anybody who didn't or couldn't enjoy this at the theatre for what it is...well, I just have no words.
Maybe other than to lighten up and stop over analyzing every detail about these kinds of movies lol

BvS may be an awesome movie, but I doubt it will come close to being as fun as this was. Just the subject matter alone. Fight scenes won't be as balanced or extreme either. I doubt if Superman will be able to go at Batman's armor the way the Hulk could go at Tony's.

They are so different that it's hard to even compare them. I enjoyed both for what they were, though interestingly, neither was very much like the comics incarnation.

Oh I know, I just stumbled across that image and found it kind of amusing. I've said before that I liked both DOFP and DOFP QS and AoU hasn't changed that.

I wonder what this was all about? Scene was in the second trailer and wasn't in the movie.

Saw it last night. Good fun, but for me it didn't top the first one. The opening was great, showed so much promise... but then there was so much to cover.

Ultron shined here and there, mostly at the beginning and the end. My problems: Iron Man paled with no distinctive suit or real moment -- he was more interesting in Stark form. I have to say, the Hulkbuster sequence was a bit of a letdown. The flying city spent way too much time trying to save the Slovokokians or whoever they were. And sometimes Cap is just too indestructible. Some of the dreams were unclear (for me). Some of the action fight scenes moved so fast it was hard to follow -- although that will be solved on repeat viewings as always. The Witch was good, so was Hawkeye; not sure I get why everyone likes Vision since he didn't so very much. In all, everyone had a lot to do, but very little of it stood out for me. But it moved swiftly and again was a lot of fun seeing everyone back. I also loved the "lift the hammer" scene -- especially when Cap moved it so slightly and Thor lost his grin for a moment, and then of course when Vision handed it to him (although I like that only Thor can lift it).

Funny bit about: can the Hammer rise in an elevator, but the elevator is not worthy.

$195 million seems to be the opening weekend at the office, well below expectations and the $207 mill from the first Avengers. I knew the fight was going to take away from the opening boxoffice , which means SW7 will have the biggest opening of the year, especially since there's nothing else on the month of December. I still think Avengers might make the most money this year, thanks to China and the foreign markets.
