Maybe The Avengers travel to Wakanda to ask King T'Challa for help in defeating Ultron? Maybe some Vibranim? To remake Cap's broken shield (we saw int he first trailer) and other weapons?

It seems like a logical way to tie in some more of the Marvel Universe.

PS - You bring up a good point, maybe it's Ultron who first goes to Wakanda. Forcing T'Challa to take action with the Avengers.

They've already said that Black Panther is in Cap 3, but he's not in AoU.....that we know of.

That would be the bees knees! The version of Ultron with the mouth that takes up like 40% of his head and has that red "energy" glowing from it is my favorite. It's just....creepy (in an awesome way).
