I always thought it looked like a red Ultron Senty personally. The arms and thighs looked too skinny to be Prime and judging by those comparison photos the differences are even noticeable. Also notice the back plating of his right thigh, it's a completely different design. Trailer 1 looks thinned out and square-shaped while Trailer 2 looks beefier and more curved in terms of design.

Placeholder maybe? Since Ultron Prime's CG wasn't completely ready for use yet or something...

Also...

The scene looks quite different from the original, maybe it was re-shot.

Looking at this shot you sort of realize how impressive Ultron Prime looks when put right next to the characters. Compared to the drone that was used as a placeholder for Trailer 1 (which seems to achieve the same height level as Ultron Prime by being pushed off its feet), Ultron Prime looks absolutely massive in terms of height and physique.
