I think the band across the bottom is because the mk 43 has the die cast style box. Still the same artwork design, just the box itself is different because it is a die cast iron man.

You may be right.... its not a big thing... I just like uniformity in size as well as design

Yeah, that's HT's MO when it comes to its diecast releases. It doesn't matter which property it is, Iron Man or RoboCop.
