I would love to see something special on MMS300, but like I said, probably something related to Avengers 2 (since its not really a special edition, just a special gift with the figure). I think MMS300 will be Mark45 OR Ultimate Ultron and as a gift something like a infinity gem (1/1 scale like Man of Steel key).
