Scarlett Johansson has confirmed that we'll be seeing Brie Larson's Captain Marvel in Avengers 4.
Speaking to Vanity Fair, Johansson said that Captain Marvel gets her "feet wet" in the Infinity War sequel before starring in her solo movie.
Johansson went onto explain that seeing the new generation of MCU heroes is great, but bittersweet. "I’m like, “damn, girl,” she continued. "It’s very surreal for me to watch these new cast members come in and get their feet wet and breath new life into these characters who are so iconic. I feel a lot of joy for the next generation. It’s a bittersweet feeling but overall it’s a positive one. I feel good about the work we’ve done and the work I’ve done."
Disney CEO Bob Iger and Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige recently announced that the MCU will head into new territory after Avengers 4, and will explore new places and times.
Feige confirmed that Avengers 4 will "bring things you've never seen in superhero films: a finale." Speculation over what sort of territory Phase 4 will cover has already begun, thanks to a recent Infinity War casting notice.

I think Marissa Tomei should get an honorable mention on the hot list, sure she's not in her 20's, or 30's, but damn, she has kept herself up nicely. Oh yeah, and I do realize she's not a "superhero".
