Is it only me who is finding the jaw area on this statue to be weird??
I am having mixed feelings for this custom. Another thought is what if realistic eyes were painted instead of sonar.... The suit and the base look pretty good though.... Wow seriously I am in thoughts

the jaw is a tad off...upper lip is too large which drops the chin down too far. other than that though, insanely awesome!

I dont see anything wrong with it. Its a great jaw line, hes tough, his not your comic batman.. I was after a more realistic batman and also make it look like the great 1/5 ultimate Batman before it..

You know that's the thing with digital sculpts, plus you add paint and it makes a difference. I assure you in person its just fine.
I had a good time making it with Max., you really get to appreciate how much work it is!

I think its your mind playing tricks on you. I dont see anything different that the digital output, slight shadows due to the paint but thats it.
Again in person and in front of you, he is just fine

Humm.. just cant explain it. I need to take more pics in good daylight. He actually looks great. You guys all know how it is, you take a statue home and it looks much different in 3D, its hard to see the proportions and angels with the camera

Ok now this made quiet a difference. I would have preferred the chin to be a bit back too. Gives it a more better look.

My efforts and direction is changing more towards SS and Hot Toys this year.
But I will play with this some more. Its a very universal museum pose, I can see other things done to it.
