I agree with you, its a real nice sculpt I am just eager to get a new base and get it all fixed up

The base needs to be replaced. I am trying to contact them today, if they say ok, then I will just send over the statue for repaint and wait on the base to be replaced. Ill keep you guys posted

I just asked for a replacement base, they are 5-7 days away from an answer so we will have to see what they say. The paint up is on hold till I get an answer, yet we have a few other guys who are doing the same thing, I will post up pics of theirs as soon as I have something

Although I am waiting on a response for a replacement base, I have a feeling this statue will be even more great when repainted
All these years, I only had to send in one statue back for an exchange with SS. I hope they get back to me soon! Have you had any issues with your exchanges?

Sideshow is really good with exchanges.
I have had just a couple problems lately.

My replacement body for Hydra EX, they sent me the Reg body with head glued on.
They resolved this though to my satisfaction.

The replacement head they sent me for Arwen is just as googly eyed as the one I complained about. I'm sure they would give me a partial refund or something but I'm just going to let it lie as I already repainted the head and I like it now.

They are really good to deal with though. I'm sure you'll have no problems.
