Nothing wrong with the design of the MK VIII armour, but probably would have looked better with the red and pale gold colours reversed (more red, less gold).

I'm sorry but the MKVII HT figure is such a letdown. It looks awful. Was hoping it to be my first IM figure, guess I'll wait for the MKVIII. It looks really different and cool.

It did they would all look the same for the most part IMO. This is different and cool IMO.
