Do you think this is an original Trevor Grove sculpt ?

It'll be near imposible to tell from a painted sculpt. The two things that may give you an answer is the color of the resin (look inside the neck peg hole) and where/who you got it from.

How about where did you get the sculpt from? If it was ebay its likely a recast

It's difficult to tell with both the paint and the quality of the photo. Like Rob said, if it's from eBay there's a 99.9% chance it's a recast.
