renegades took me awhile to get into it, but I don't mind it. Resolute was hands down the best though.

After you fill up on the old ones, you should check out G.I.Joe Resolute. Really cool update and it touches on each of the main characters from both sides. It takes some significant liberties with the old story, but I still found myself wishing there wasa lot more when it was over.
Hey, Mr. Paul, you can amend your previous post by hitting the edit button at the bottom of said post. I'm always rereading my posts right after I make them to be sure my grammar and spelling are correct.
Edit: See, I just did it right there, and added more stuff to my post.

Good info, thanks for posting that Khev.
Blew it up and fudged with the contrast. You can completely see the arc for the bridge in the glasses both top and bottom, as well as the nail (and the shadow from said nail/pin/whaeveryawannacallit):
So was the nail/pin just there to hold the glasses together?
Once again, who cares? The fact is we've gotten updated pictures showing no nail and confirmation that it won't come that way.
<-- This guy.

Why? Does it chaff you that I collect more than just 12" figures?Well I guess that'll just have to keep you up at night then.
EDIT: But why are you happy the finished piece won't have a nail? You planning on picking up a non-articulated statue of a GI Joe character?
Nope, I figured you for one of the guys that would get all uppity at the thought of collecting Joe PF's.
