^ Sorry to hear that, have you tried emailing them directly (I'm not a fan of those 'contact us' sections so don't use them if I can help it), I've not had to contact collectiblesdirect for a while but they've always replied pretty promptly to me when I've emailed them. I have [email protected] (which I found on the site as I needed to tell them I'd moved house) as my contact address for them if that helps.

So ive repeatedly tried contacting Lee and never get a reply back. Can someone on here please try contacting the sight and see if you get a reply?
All i want to know is when they will have the TOTS good guy doll in... im certainly not going to place anymore orders with them as this has really dented my confidence with them.

I tried again last week and got a reply. He said the contact us link sometimes doesnt work... in my experience it never works. Lol
