My Mazzuchelli Bats came in, but this site won't show my posts that I include pics in. Any recommendations?
Never mind just made a photo album here: https://sideshowcollectors.com/forums/album.php?albumid=1998

That's one neat collection there CC! :clap

See that you have the Volume 1 Hardcover too! Love that book! We don't get that kind of stuff anymore. Steranko's tip-in plate, the material, wonderful overall presentation!

Thanks for posting the Pics. I got lucky with that book 2 years ago. They sold it to me at cover price and even gave me a 20% military discount. When I saw what they were going for I decided not to open it up.

No doubts it looks damn good! I had a chance to get him at a decent price earlier, but since I already had the older one, I didn't. But now I wish I did : / Anyways, happens all the time :) About women, when my wife saw the Joker PF, apart from finding him terribly creepy, her first reaction was, "Those teeth! :monkey4" :lol The line, "This is Art, my dear!" does not work all the time!

I do not know any particular site like that Ryan. Earlier nbr3bagshotrow at SF used to maintain the thread Hobbit's Price Guide in which a monthly data of completed statue/bust auctions on eBay was maintained. But there was no new thread after October 2011. Now I just go by eBay's completed listings.

Thanks Mate, I'm just curious which one is the most pricey/most sought after. As far I know Mignola and Miller ones are. And I notice you mention the Mazzuccheli one is in demand as well, I'm just wondering why? I'll try to post some pics of my collection when I got a chance to display them. They are still in boxes. Thanks

I guess its the simple demand and supply thing. Statues long sold out would sell at a higher price. However, not every old release would fetch mad money like the Bermejo Joker, Mignola, Mazzuccheli, or Miller. Example: Ethan Van Sciver or Matt Wagner ones which still go for $40 - $60. So, it must be something to with which ones are fan favourites too.

Looking forward to your pics!

I think the Frank Quietly one is getting rare now and no doubt Man Bat due to the amount of broken ones i have seen. I also wonder about the Kubert one as i know a lot had issues with the cape breaking i returned 3 if i remember correctly to Diamond.
I would think that Bermejo's Batman would be popular to accompany his Joker as the Bermejo Batman came out before it.

Thanks for the info mate, how much do the quietly goes for now?

Just had these in to the shop today finaly a Bolland Joker. I'm not sure wether it would be more sensible to turn the stand around when you fix him into it,he he does look like he might eventualy tilt.No obvious issues with the paint apps and the face detail is superb especialy on the Joker Cat.I only opened one to check though but i did find the pegs were a tight fit into the display stand.

I honestly would love to see a B&W version of the GOTHAM BY GASLIGHT Batman.

Dude don't even let me begin to dream of all the amazing Elseworlds Batmans we could have. I still want a Bernie Wrightson Black and White Batman.

Wow! He looks good! I have him on PO from a seller in Canada. Hope to recieve him by the end of this month.

Thanks for the Bolland Joker pic, I've been really looking forward to this one. Mine is on the way, but it'll be a while until it lands down here. Relieved to see it turned out well.

The possible tilt issue is a bit of a worry, which is why I would have preferred if they had made both Joker's feet flush with the base, but just have to hope for the best I guess.

Another one with which I have worried about the tilting thing is the McGuinness one.

I guess the best way to place them would be closer to the back/wall/glass. That way even if it tilts (back), it will still have some support :dunno (what have I written )

I would love to get this piece as well, but I have to get some others before hand. Can't wait to get Bane and New 52 next month :panic:
Might purchase two others tomorrow, just have to make sure my accountant (Wife) gives me approval. And no, I'm not whipped, she really is an accountant :thwak

I don't know why they called this the Bolland Joker. To me this piece looks nothing like Bolland's art. The other 2 B&W Jokers looked much better than this last one.

I agree. From the moment I saw this joker I thought it looked nothing like the artwork. It's just a shadow of it.

I wonder if this is one of those 'better in person things' because a lot of people seem to like it. So I'm sitting here trying to figure out whether to place an order or not ..buy now for 65 shipped or wait for a possible price drop (no edition size might drop the price)....if I decide to buy him at all

Just got Jock statue yesterday from my wife as a late B-day present. Now I have to figure out where to display him. Looks kinda awkward amongst the rest in my Detolf display case. Definitely need to buy a second case soon.
