Um, no.

There are three movies there (scenes from Batman Begins as well as '89 Batman and The Dark Knight) and they're not at all similar. An interesting cut and splice-- jarring at points, but hardly any similarity like say Star Wars and the new Star Trek which follow very closely the Campbell's mono-myth/hero's journey.

Yeah, it's just editing. You could take almost any two movies that are similar and cut them together. And really, its not that great. I stopped watching after a few minutes.
