The quality of the statue, the in hand pics, the review videos has me sold. My problem is this will most likely ship at the same time WW and CW do for me because of the port strike delay. I really don't know if I want 3 statues coming in at once Plus my space at home is becoming EXTREMELY limited. I have a little space at work but then you always run the risk of "what if someone bumps into it." I have my comic bats and supes at work but will take them home when WW shows up. But jeeeeez, this piece just turned out stellar! I'm pretty much a batman fan all around and having Keaton in it is beyond tempting. If I could get a Bale bats down the line, that would just complete my batman trio...oh wait, add arkham bats to that too! Ugh, this hobby will be the death of me

this turned out great, cancelled one of my POs that I'm no longer interested in, and since it was delayed several times they were cool to refund me the NRD (even though I did it before). I already own the Hot Toys 89 Bat and Joker and really happy with them, but this is too good to pass.

Which one did you cancel out? I used my NRD transfer already but I'm considering cancelling my Catwoman EX PF for this 89 or Wonder Woman.... It was either that or try to sell it and get an equivalent amount of $$ back so I don't lose out. I don't really want to lose my NRD.

If Catwoman is delayed by any reason (port?) it's fair game to ask for your NRD back.

I think they have a certain amount of delays of which they allow refunding the NRD. I did ask to refund Saruman but they told me it's not possible with this item.

Should I contact customer service and make note of that port of LA delay incident? And should I ask for it to be refunded or transferred to another item? I guess 89 or Wonder Woman wouldn't really work since they're all stuck there?

I'd call them and ask for a refund. I did the same thing with the HT Robocop.

You can mention the port thing, i don't see why not. It's not their "fault" (or maybe it is?) but it's not yours either, and they have kept that money for a while. Last i checked, any delayed piece, for any reason, i have been able to get my NRD back or transferred (Robo, Comic PF Supes, and a couple of others i really don't remember).

Worst they can say is no, right? Although i don't see why they would.

Thanks. I'll have to try on Monday since I'm not at a terminal and I won't be before they clock out tonight. Sad thing is, the pieces I want are also on lockdown via the port or their pre-orders are not up yet. So I will try for a straight up refund.

My lcs has a reg I'm thinking of getting. I hope ss would give me the nrd back due to delay. Epically if I got it from another source

I agree on your post, buddy, though I still stand by passing on this because of the head-turn. It's just me, I suppose. I'm happy for those who have this on order and seeing the pics I think the figure turned out great over-all.

Also, some people be like it's Keaton Batman so it can't be nitpicked and it's FOTY though we're only through 2 weeks in January and there's still more PFs to come this year

It's all good. I don't mind missing out on this either.

I don't need the little jewel bag and it's a financial consideration. I might trade a ss pf or two at the lcs to get some credit.
