Since my order for the ex converted, I called sideshow to see if i convert it to a payment plan. They said they can't and the expected arrival to the warehouse is next week and my order my get charge in full by next week or the following week. My source is the actual customer service rep so yeah. Trust me i want January since this is too early for me to get charged the full amount

Waitlisted just converted ..order processing Nov 22nd. ..which is my birthday.. perfect timing.

From past experience, orders ship the next day after being processed.. should have this in hand before December.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but thats just sideshows canned waitlist conversion email notification. The only thing that will happen on the 22nd is your waitlist will convert to a live order eg "order placed" status and you will be charged the nrd. You will get the "processing" email your referring too about 2 weeks before they get the item in stock and another reminder email typically 3 days before they actually charge your card in full.

Received same waitlist conversion email for Joker Asylum on March 10, on March 11 I received the NRD being charged/order fulfilled email. On March 16 I received my email with tracking number.

Same with my Black Cat, on March 18th received the conversion email, on March 22nd email for NRD being charged/order fulfilled. On March 23rd email that order shipped.

I'm in no rush whether it ships or doesn't ship before December but going by my last two waitlisted orders, they shipped shortly after. Either way I'm happy it converted.

Quick to tell that someone's trying to spread a rumor while he could be honestly mistaken, could have actually talked to a customer service rep who gave a wrong info, or just plain excited. Whether it's in 2 weeks or mid-January, this figure is coming soon so no big deal.

You'll be one stop closer, I plan on cancelling mine today. Last minute decision but I finally had the chance to see the original Batman PF Ex in person yesterday and love it ..so I was able to locate one for purchase. I'll also be selling my Bale Bat PF if anyone is interested.

My whole collection, which is about 15 statues are all comic style so the Bale feels a little out of place. I had Affleck on pre-order and just cancelled. I'll probably regret all of this as Batman is my favorite but for now I only have room for one. My wife has put up with this many so far, she's giving dirty looks when I mention expanding to other areas of the house lol.
