yeah, I knew someone was going to use this, I expected someone else to use it.

you think someone is ugly and automatically that makes you not attracted to all women.... :lol:lol at least you made me laugh

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

How can you not love this:

:love

she has no butt, and her face is not that pretty. :dunno

I still remember when in Fast and furious there is a scene where she is supposed to look super hot(specially the shot of her "butt")
but it comes off as lame because she is so skinny.

this scene for me did the opposite of what it is meant to do. I remember thinking, Why is the movie showing me a flat butt girl in slow motion????

I know Im being a hater and some of you guys like her, but i can't really be excited about this movie and this Franchise with her as WW. I just can't help but be annoyed at this.

I also don't understand why Gadot is getting a pass with so many people when other ladies have been trashed by being in certain movies. This is making less and less sense by the minute.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Maybe she's not your ideal Wonder Woman, but to say she's utterly unattractive is a bit far fetched. I was just joking with you, though, but, nevertheless, if that's, in your own words, ugly, what is attractive to you? I don't think she's the most gorgeous woman I've ever seen, but I do find her quite pretty.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Look I support her as WW everybody knows that.

But I did giggle a bit in that FF butt scene :lol

Also, who has been trashed and about what is Gadot getting a pass? :dunno

i never thought she was completely hideous before or anything but now because of all the coverage she is getting, the more i see her, the more i feel like she is not that pretty. she's just okay but no the bombshell some people make her out to be. She's just very plain.

She has that plain, girl next door type that doesnt come across as intimidating like say, Jolie, or Megan Fox. I like that. :love

But yeah, I do agree on that FF butt scene as well :lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

well, I'll give another example,

This guy, Michael Cera, he has that "plain, boy next door" look to him as well (And some girls might be into that) , Would you be okay with casting him as Superman or Batman or Green Lantern Thor or Captain America???

Imagine women saying he is the hottest thing ever, comparing him to Chris Evans in "hotness" lol :lol Then Imagine this guy working out and barely being able to have any muscles, yet he is cast as the new superman or Thor or something.

honest question, Would you be able to take him seriously????

Michael Cera makes as much sense as Batman, than Gal Gadot makes as Wonder Woman.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Its like comparing apple and oranges to me. Just like if a guys have plenty of gfs, hes a casanova or a good lover, while if a girl does it, shes a total ****.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

That's a piss poor comparison :lol

And no, Gadot makes a LOT more sense as WW than Cera as whatever.

I've yet to see a single woman who explicitly says Cera is in any way, shape or form, attractive.

Hydeous makes a good point, the standards for women and men are different, we've had the argument before of why it's ok for women to be skinny and less than ok for men, and how Superman's physique is directly tied to the concept of a male power fantasy and WW's physique is not and why a physique like Gadot's can work for WW.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Not really. Is all about the wrong person for the job. simple as that. this wonder woman issue goes beyond miscasting.

Nothing about Gadot works for WW, not her acting, no her looks, not her body. Nothing!
That's why I bring Michael Cera as an example for THOR. Why would anyone in their right mind cast a guy like Cera for a muscular hero like Thor or Batman.....

They wouldn't. that movie would bomb at the box office. But Gadot is supposed to be good for WW. It just does not make any sense to me,

I know girls being skinny is more acceptable than guys for action movies, But when it works is because of the clothing they have on. With Gadot and WW they are going to give her a revealing outfit and they won't be able to cover her little arms or anything.
That's the other problem, I said this like 3 times already. IF they were giving Wonder Woman an armor or a jacket or something to cover her arms then Maybe It wouldn't be as bad.

But if that rumor is correct, they are going with the typical WW suit? are they insane????

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

Simple as that, 'cept that Gadot is not wrong for the job.

So now we're complaining about getting a typical WW costume?

:slap :slap :slap :slap :slap :slap :slap :slap :slap

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

the didn't get her for the acting abilities. And they certainly didn't get her for the body. so what's the reason for them to go with her? Im seriously asking what reason could they possibly have to choose Gadot over ALL the other actresses that wanted the part.

Is not like Gadot was the only person that was interested in it. They skipped on having other girls to specifically get Gadot. why? I can't think of anything. at all. (Except Gadot was cheaper than everyone else)

(The girl from Oblivion would have been a hundred times better, AND she wanted to do it :gah:)

At least with Black Widow you know why they went with Scarlett. :slap

You're having a hard time grasping the concept of choice, it was a choice made by the film makers, you're ALWAYS gonna find someone who plays the part better in your head, but you're not the one in charge.

I bet Ledger's casting went exactly like this when it was announced.

(The girl from Oblivion would have been a hundred times better, AND she wanted to do it :gah:)
She has the exact same acting chops and body type as Gadot.

At least with Black Widow you know why they went with Scarlett. :slap
I truly don't, before Cap 2 she was one of the most insipid characters of the Marvel universe.

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

oh come on, you going to bring Ledger into this??? noooo!!!!! :lol

(And as for the girl from Oblivion, you are just being a white knight for Gadot at this point, how DARE you say they have the same body type and acting skill, :nono at least she actually HAS a good body lol )

I know you want to defend Gadot but this is going too far. :lol

Re: Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice

I'm not mindlessly defending Gadot though, but you are bashing her for no good reason, outside of your opinion that is, you don't like her, fine, but to favor Kurylenko when she does have the same body type and nothing special on the acting department, she's buffed up a bit, but she was at one point just as skinny as Gadot ( I belive she's even got a smaller bra size than Gadot, I only bring that up because it was at one point a focal point of WW's character apparently).

for no good reason?

Before I used to think, (They are going to end up giving her an armor or some kind of jacket for her suit) I made posts about it, I think I even posted a pic once.

But that video talking about the regular tiny outfit from the comics being used kind of pisses me off because it makes no sense to not go with something better for her that would build her up

Why not give her pants either? I swear these people are on drugs...... They had the chance to make her look cool while adding more to the suit and make her look stronger, I just don't get it.
Im just annoyed at that rumor to be honest.

(if Kurylenko is smaller or skinnier than Gadot, then she really doesn't look like it. so yeah I might be wrong about mentioning her. But from the stuff I've seen her she didn't look as thin as Gadot. Could have fooled me, i thought she wasn't :( )
