Thought they fixed that; you can still die from it when you're low on health it but not instantly as it was originally.

The good thing about that MAV is when they deploy it they just stand up right like an idiot and make for a perfect long distance head shot. But I think you should be able to knife them while they are using it, same with the mortar guys.
