seriously? is that possible? Why did this game get less than a 9.0?

89% overall on Gamerankings.com isn't a bad score at all. (360 version) I'm thinking of picking this one up.

dude, you won't waste $$$ buying this. pick it up and play it, it's an amazing game and does blow BF2 outta the water.
I've decided I can't play anything but hardcore mode anymore. Going back to regular is a chore.
edit: Funny story. I was back at our original spawn after dying from a sniper shot. I switched to my sniper and zoomed in just to see if I could spot where he was so I could sneek into range and get revenge. I see him in a tower at the back of the map so I decided I'd experiment with the bullet drop. No lie I aimed at least two foot above the top of the tower from my original spawn and shot and the bullet hit right at the base of the tower. He didn't move, so my next shot I was literally almost looking at the top my screen and shot. Right in the head. I laughed for the rest of the match.

I agree. Great use of money on a game. I've putt well over 60+ hours in the MP and can't wait to put more in.

Yep, I had my doubts about this one since I didn't care a whole lot about the first BC game. I will say that you have to play a few hours online to really get into it. This isn't a "play it once and your hooked" type game, or at least it wasn't for me and my friends. Once we started using teamwork to win the games and started unlocking guns and attachments, the game goes from good to great!
I like it but don't love it......
I do however love the level where you fly in by chopper for the first time, with the pilot who has lost his smokes. Constantly reminds me of Predator

Thats not the only Predator quote from that level...one of the characters says "the SOB is dug in like an Alabama tick." When I heard that I thought, ha, nice Predator reference. When I heard the "five meter spread" quote, I realized that someone on the design team is a big time Predator fan. I'm glad someone else noticed it as well.
Also, this game is ridiculously good, and if you are considering buying it, dont hesitate. Game of the spring so far for me, and I have ME2, Heavy Rain, God of War III, amongst other games.

Yea..i had Bad company and i didnt like it...this game I was leary to get...but so happy I did...its amazing...only played like three single player levels..no need...MP is amazing..and Hardcore only..you newbs who play regular should stick to regular...the big boys play hardcore.

Just rented it from Blockbuster and will try to get through the campaign this afternoon and get some MP in tonight. So far the first mission rocks.

Really? Man, MW2 sucks bad compared to this game. There are just so many less issues with this than MW2. I think you need to give this a bit more of a chance.

My problem with regular is the fact that someone can press the back button and you'll be running around with a little triangle above your head and that it takes up half your ammo to kill someone. It's just a little too convienent in my opinion.
One of the perks is being able to spot people. Nothing wrong with that. Only takes up half your ammo if you can't hit them.

I never have any luck with spotting. I hit back but only thing I get is the options for your class. Am I doing something wrong?
