I got mine from Kit. Already talked to him about it, gonna try and reach out to the company once Chinese New Year is over.

At first I thought to myself "do I just have gorilla hands?" lol
Kit asked me to get back to him Feb. 8th because of CNY. Kit’s always a pleasure to work with. It looks like this is an issue Beautiful Chemistry should address and take care of somehow.

Really wish I would’ve been able to get the exclusive with the roaring head! I’ve 2 regular. Someday, I might customize one into the bandaged and chained version of eleven. Mix it up with a back full of arrows.
Great minds, haha. I decided to do exactly that (sans the arrows) as soon as I'd finished re-watching the animation. The handcuffs are huge, but they're all I have

Yup. It’s gotta be a bad plastic mix for the joints. Since the joints are painted, it’s also possible that they were weakened by whatever chemical sealant they might have used.
Including me, that’s 4 people that have reported that. Where did you get yours?
Make that 5 people… and I know another collector who also has the same damage, so that’s 6… I bought mine brand new from Xianyu/GoFish so not sure if UV will even assist with my issue… 🤦🏻‍♂️

That’s really a shame with such an awesome figure. I don’t know that replacement joints would help as they would probably be the same bad plastic. I think this would make for defective product, though. I don’t think any company could (or would) afford manufacturing better quality replacements, even if that would be the fair thing to do.

I'm going to ask my Senior Product Designer colleague in work and see if he has time to whip up a 3D model of it and print it on our newly acquired top of the range 3D printer in work... hopefully that'll do the job and will better than what's used in these figures... 🙏🏻

Annoyingly both ankle pegs have also snapped so can't measure those ups since it's a clean break and the peg is stuck inside the hole. Such a shame, because everything about this figure really felt premium, from the packaging to the figure itself (asides from the wrist & ankle pegs).

Yes. The ankle pegs are unique and not easily replaced. My figure’s right one broke so I’m treating the left one very carefully by just not moving it. I’ve also a second figure of Eleven that I haven’t touched at all. But I wonder if that’s something Beautiful Chemistry could do scan and print). They wouldn’t have to be painted, just strong.

Such a shame to see so many people having this problem! I was moving the joints like crazy when I first got the figure, even gripping with tweezers firmly to adjust the ankle positioning and nothing broke. I don't think I'll be touching him ever again after seeing all these photos. I really hope UV will assist even the customers who bought from ebay or other private sellers, as this is clearly a mass defect. Cannot believe UV usually include replacement wrist and ankle pegs, but didn't this time. Though I guess they'd have been just as brittle.

One of the wrist pegs on mine also broke off as soon as I tried to pose it
There is definitely QC issue with our unlucky batch.
Got mine from UVBC so hopefully their CS will address this when they return from CNY holiday.

In the meantime, I had performed ghetto fix so ELEVEN can keep on functioning.
