If you're doing the surface shipping option (the boat) the tracking won't show any results for months. For me, I'm in the US, FedEx was the domestic endpoint carrier. The tracking number P1 originally provided me was FedEx tracking numbers but they didn't actually queue any information at all, on both shipments. Not sure if it was an error, but the two statues were delivered months apart and neither tracking numbers gave me any warning to their delivery. FedEx also just left these outside my gate to my house, so luckily I was home and noticed it or I'd been out $4k.
The outer boxs were mutilated, art boxes were okay. The statues, for the most part arrived with minimal damage, just small detail pieces like spikes were broken. Easily glued back on.
