Berserk Collectibles Show Us Some Berserk/Manga Disscussion

They really haven't done any 1/6 scale in while. The last I got from them was Breath of the Wild Link and that figure is one of the best I got. It feels durable and also has individual moving eyes. The body feels sturdy as well; though it is true they were fragile before.

If they would focus on the anime characters, they could be one of the top companies. But their prices were getting ridiculous compared to Hot Toys and they hit the jackpot with Mafex.

They were tbh. I do remember the prices being insane. I think all they do now is just mafex stuff and that’s it.

I've never been all that interested in JND statues, but this is gonna look incredible.

That armor detail looks insane. Too bad it'll be way out of my price range. I do wish more companies would make 1/6 scale statues as a more affordable option alongside these giant pieces.

Idk maybe it's different in person lol...not all the way feeling it, and guts is like slightly off in the face I think, but I love the armor on both of them and love the choice of soft goods too! Hopefully there will be some changes up to the release.

Same. I don’t like it when they lighten her skin tone. She’s depicted as having dark skin

Not sold on Guts face , but the Casca looks great. Never bought a SH figuarts before, how much are they usually?

$50-120, can depend which team worked on them, level of paint/accessories and if they’re exclusive.

Guts head sculpt looks ugly. The eyes are throwing it off. It doesn't look like that even in the manga. It's pending licensor approval, I hope they don't approve that head. Also if they used fabric for Casca's lower tunic, the arms and upper part should have fabric texture too, so it's similar to the lower part. On the zoomed photo it looks too distinct.

Well, S.H. Figuarts is the budget Berserk line of collectibles in terms of price and quality. After buying their Black Swordsman figure, I knew what to expect from them going forward. You'll have to go with ThreeZero, Prime 1 or another company for superior quality.

I just can't justify supporting that line any further.

Eyes could be a bit more open, not rounded but less sharp edged.
Golden Age Guts face looked a little different panel to panel.
It’s almost like it’s from the paintings instead.

I do not like any of them. Guts face does not resemble Guts, and Casca is even whiter than the Golden Age trilogy movies. What on earth is this? I hope SHF is bullied and changes happen before they release. Cannot support their Berserk line at all.

Perfection, sold out within 30 minutes. I hope we get to see a Kojun Berserk figure just like JND said in their video but I wonder how much it'll cost.
