I get "enjoying" the warehouse scene. It was a great moment, I guess. Great CGI and an amazingly talented stunt double.

But that doesn't save an otherwise cluster**** of a movie. And it's not even a Batman movie to begin with.

Sure JL sucked but Batman fans have little to complain about IMO.

Classic campiness of 1966 series
Burton Batman
Nolan Batman
Batman: TAS/Mask of the Phantasm
BvS warehouse scene

Try waiting almost four decades for your favorite superhero to grow past this, lol:

89 was and will always be my favorite batman movie.

TDK is the best thing to ever happened to batman.

People giving BvS votes gives me very little hope for the world.

i would worry too much about the state of a world based on some folks liking a movie you dont :lol

unless its a world where opinion equals fact we should all be fine :duff

Yes yes, it’s subjective and all that but here is the logic of this mindset, at least... this is how I perceive it. If people continue to support awful and mediocre films, that’s all we’re going to get. It’ll be like that movie “Idiocracy” when everyone is enjoying a farting butt on screen. :lol

Fear not, those of us who like BvS are obviously in the minority and the movie "bombed" because it didn't make $1b. So people aren't supporting this "mediocre" film, at least.

thanks for the reply and for explaining your point of view :duff

i can see where your coming from , as the last thor movie and infinity wars sort of prove your point ,not that i'm in anyway describing them as " awful and mediocre films"and i wouldn't describe bvs that way either

as they upped the comedy element in thor ragnarok and that did well ,seems like they sprinkled infinity wars with some of the same stuff ,:dunno

not seen idiocracy but i bet someone a dc animation has :slap:lol

My favorite is and will always be 1989.

But I remember watching "Begins" in the theater and being almost giddy at how it was the first time I'd seen the Batman story in film that was really accurate to the comics.

I had such high hopes for Batfleck after that initial picture was released, where he's looking all emo next to the Batmobile. But all I ever see is Ben Affleck the guy, not Bruce Wayne or Batman. Cool looking suit but really should have let an unknown play him, like Superman, cause I can't un-see Ben Affleck.

The Dark Knight. With that said, Joker was the star. Maybe i should have picked Batman Begins

The fart was far less offensive than the voice actress. Like nails on a chalkboard. That's not the original VA is it??

I still have the Kenner ones. (Remember, the Burtonverse and Schumacherverse were all we had in the pre-Nolan, pre-Snyder era!)

I'll take that as a compliment! :lol

Thats from someone who like TLJ also...
At least we didn’t have to sit through people saying it ruined their childhood...

BvsS is just as controversial. I personally didn’t like any of the DC films after Man of Steel....

Wonder Woman was OK.

Sent from the inside of a giant slug in outer space.....

I love a lot of the Batman movies, but I still have to go with TDK as the best. At least as far as live action movies are concerned.
