Well the modem I have now has wireless, so I guess I would just have to set it up, I guess.

The Darkness is well worth a look too. FPS based on a comic book, done by the guys who did Riddick a few years back. Ripping cops hearts outta their chests and chewing them down? Priceless.

I just bought All-Pro Football 2K8 the other day, and like it. It's not great by any means. But, it's fun. I really like the novelty of playing with NFL Legends (I have Dan Marino and Walter Payton as my gold players). It'll tide me over till Madden '08 comes out.

I also like Marvel: Ultimate Alliance (even my wife played thru that one with me) , MotorStorm is also real good.

I have Resistance, only played it once. I can't really get into FPS. I'll send you a PM. I'll hook you up with mine if you want, and save you a few bucks (if interested).

Chase get a 360 and Gears of War. Nuff said there. I myself though just bought a PS3. Resistance is thee game to get. Bar none! Ninja Gaiden is great too but it is hard as hell. The Motor Storm game is cool too. Skip everything else. Well except maybe Oblivion but if you would have bought a 360 this would have been old news.

PS3 is slowly building up some steam.I got four games for my PS3: Spider-man 3,Resistance,Motorstorm and the Darkness.

The PS3 doesn't have their own exclusive game that's a grandslam though. That might be MGS4 from the looks of it...or maybe there might be some hope for Heavenly Sword...I don't know.

Resistance was a very lame FPS IMO.

Nothing compared to Gears of War (360).

I have not played one PS3 game that I like so far.

Ultimate Alliance is an awesome game. Lots of fun you and a lot of friends can play it. (I have it on 360).

I would recommend it for sure.

Personally, I was totally underwhelmed by Gears of War. The graphics were nice, sure, but the gameplay got very samey very quickly and the vehicle section felt messy. I completed the single player mode one and a half times then gave up through boredom.

I was surprised how much fun that one was and it was pretty damn hard too.
