What is the overall BEST Terminator figure produced by Hot Toys so far...?

Some say the DX13...

Some will choose the most recent entry, the MMS238...

Some say T-1000...



What say you?

That's a tough call. Each is excellent, and it's hard to say that one surpasses any of the others, be it in terms of likeness, costume, accessories, or whatever other category you choose.

That being said, the new MMS238 is my favorite. But the T-1000 is the only one I currently own.

For me it has to be from T1.

I don't own police shootout yet,(Christmas)..so I guess that leaves Technoir, and I don't really have a problem w/that.

I would say the best overall is the DX13, But my favorite head sculpt has to be the new full Battle damaged MMS238 head sculpt, that thing is a master piece

I figured DX13 would be top choice... but its funny how many people complained about it early on. Anyway, was curious if T1 BD or Tech Noir would get honorable mention.

Well I will say Technoir was my favorite hot toys figure for many years, I still love it but it has been surpassed with the DX13 and MMS238, but still beats out others like the mms117 and dx10 no contest

My vote will be for DX 10 . As much as I love the DX 13 (own 3 sets ) I still find myself returning back to DX 10 (own 3 sets as well) for the good old futzing and reposing. The young face doesnt bother me too much, with a little paint job he is a 9.8 out of 10 easy.

After that the DX 13 and T-1000 comes racing side by side.

Proceeding from the fact that no figure is perfect, and not even these two are an exception, I would still say they are the best, especially after you fix those things that can be fixed. (excess blood removals, clothes swaps, weathering & futzing etc)

Yup, no figure is perfect that's for sure, I'm surprised you chose the 136, I don't remember you loving it in the past, I had the idea you grouped it with the 117 as a squished face toad I still have a lot of love for the 136, but looking at the new heads included with the 238 it edged out the 136 for me even though the body choice was less then stellar.
