I went with 2008, Iron Man is the best movie to come from Marvel MCU, and The Dark Knight is the greatest comic book film of all time. 2014 is right behind in my opinion.

I think no DC movies this year pretty much guarantees a shutout from the Nolanite crowd but I'm curious nonetheless. 1990 had the Matt Salinger Cap, **** Tracy, and the first TMNT. Epic. lol

1994 had The Crow and The Mask.

1995 Batman Forever and Judge Dredd.

Crap, I forgot Dredd for 2012.
