Everyone, BLOCK this guy on your eBay BLOCK LIST.

eBay Username: rstuffsells2010

this guy has been nothing but trouble and i had a bad feeling since he only has like 55 feedbacks . He won an auction for a sports trading card on June 2 from me. I clearly state in large bold letters i allow 3 days for payment. Those 3 days passed and no payment. i emailed him several times and no response. Then he finally writes me saying he forgot about it and will pay me. A few more days pass, and nothing. I sent more emails and filed a Non-Pay Item against him. After 7 days he finally pays me on June 9. I sent the item that day and it arrived June 14th. I didn't hear a peep from him until today, 6 days after he got the item where he said:

"After looking the card over I have decided to return it for a full refund. All though a nice card I am just not happy with it in the condition. Thanks for your return policy"

I had a 14 day return policy on the item. I listed this card as EXMT+/NM which would grade in the 6-7 range. Plus i detailed in very detailed description more notes about this card and supplied large scans front and back of card. Ive been selling cards since 2004, i have over 1800 feedbacks with 100% and i get praised all the time that my descriptions are perfect. And now this idiot is trying to pull a fast one.

I mean he sat on this card for 6 days and now wants to return it? Odd, but fine, i give 14 day returns.

But about 30 min ago, he files a claim against me. He hasn't even returned the card back to me yet. I sent eBay a detailed description of this buyers behavior and hope they find me in favor. If they award him in favor without him returning the card, i will be incredibly pissed. Im going to call PayPal in the morning and make sure this doesn't happen.

Added to my list. And I hope you don't mind, Morphosis, but I modified your title a bit so this could be a general thread where folks could add eBay buyers they thing sellers should be wary of. There were other threads discussing this in the past, but nothing that was easy to find through search that seemed completely relevant.

On that note, I have another one: joshua.barrientes

Guy bought a figure from me, then filed an "Unauthorized Transaction" dispute with his CC company. Seems to me he just changed his mind, though (username, paypal address, and billing address all used the same name), and figured there would be fewer consequences if he did this than going through regular channels (e-mail and eBay) like a thoughtful person would. He never contacted me directly once, and did not respond to my messages.

Anyway, he just refused to sign for his package, so it sat at the PO for over a month while paypal held my funds. Then, it gets sent back to me, and the dispute goes in his favor. Not only was I out time that I couldn't resell, but I had to eat the shipping cost he paid (which he was refunded), and Paypal charged me $20 for their cost in dealing with the credit card company (I got that back after calling Paypal and told them that I did everything I was supposed to as a seller, but I suspect they wouldn't do this if it happened to me again). I was almost out eBay fees for selling the item as well, since it took so long for the item to return to me.

Just a deadbeat bum. Block him.

Bought 5 Walking Dead books totalling maybe $120. Asked if he could pay in installments. I declined, but said I'd try to work with him on a time for payment. He never responded.

What I really hate is how ebay doesn't allow you to post neg feedback on buyers.

yeah eBay has become such a save haven for scumbag bidders/buyers. They could literally get away with murder there, and leave you bad feedback

I added all of those IDs to my blocked bidder list. Keep 'em coming. Ebay's policies have swung so far in favor of buyers that they encourage this type of behavior. Fortunately I've had mostly good transactions on eBay, but my blocked bidder list has grown substantially in the last 12 months.

Dang. It must be hell to have to deal with selling. I got ripped off 3yrs ago for a evga gtx 285 FTW gpu for $330. After paying and getting no responses from the seller I filed a complaint. Only ended up getting $70 of my money back. I've not bought anything since off evilbay.

Dang. It must be hell to have to deal with selling. I got ripped off 3yrs ago for a evga gtx 285 FTW gpu for $330. After paying and getting no responses from the seller I filed a complaint. Only ended up getting $70 of my money back. I've not bought anything since off evilbay.

Yeah, years ago, buyers were only refunded the amount that the seller left in his paypal account. But it is now definitely a bit more buyer friendly these days which is why sellers have this long list of buyers we are blocking.

Some people are just moronic. When I first started using eBay several years ago, I was into collecting Lord of the Ring warhammer, anyway I got a Mumak for my birthday and painted it up, decided to sell it on eBay for a profit and then get another one (loved painting it), so yeah sold it for double the price and was very proud of the job I did, sent it all securely and boxed. The buyer messaged me a few days later saying its great but one of the side pieces was missing that holds a figure (it's quite a large piece and was there because I assembled it and painted it and had the pictures to prove it was there) anyway he said he will leave neutral feedback but its ok because he went to his local shop and they opened a box up for him and gave him the piece.

Yeah, so a shop is obviously going to open a £50 model box up and give you a piece for a model you didn't even purchase from them
