They are awesome. Bought some high end items there, but never pre-orders. They are trustworthy in my book. They Rock :rock

BBTS is solid! Excellent customer service and amazing packaging. I'm not sure exactly where they are located in the States ............. I do believe they are a little late when it comes to getting in new products but again their service makes up for it.

If you are picky like the rest of us and must have new items a.s.a.f.p. then you may want to find a different dealer :D

They are cool. There is only 2 online store now that I go to and BBTS is one of them.

I rather have Sideshow myself but bigbad seems alright.

What TOE said.

They're great with pre-orders, from my experience with them. No cancel fees. I think they are located in Minnesota...I'm not 100% sure on that though...

They also have a "Pile of Loot" feature, whereby you can have them hold your orders until you want them to ship. Read up on it. It's pretty good.

I dislike them for hiking the price on figures that are harder to come by. Seeing a restock on HT's Original suit Batman marked up at $240 sucks. Otherwise, I've never had a problem with their service (I've shopped from them a couple times).

I can understand that. My Mr. Bean figure was priced originally at $249.99, but dropped to $199.99 where I bought it.

I've never had complaints with them... also you can sometimes get pretty sweet deals on their clearance items. Good shop overall :rock

They do slash prices on old stock lower than most places. The Medi Punisher was $60 at one point and Magneto was $49. You can get Hannibal Lecter for $61 right now and HT Dallas and Kane for $115.

I’ll add my voice of support for BBTS also. I use their “pile of loot” option because I am on business travel so much. Obviously I don’t get to see my items quickly but I save money on combined shipping with the “pile of loot” feature.

I tried to save some money and ordered some items from comicsupply.com and statuetoys.com. They don’t respond to e-mails or phone calls. I’ve had to open disputes with my credit card company with them.

I learned my lesson and order from BBTS.

A while back, I received a McFarlane figure that was missing the part that connected the two body parts together. I contacted BBTS and they said don’t worry about shipping it back and a new replacement was added to my “pile of loot.” That was good customer service.

Besides Sideshow I only order 1:6 figures from 3 stores: Razor's Edge, Toy Palace (Germany since I'm from Romania) and BigBadToyStore (BBTS).

BBTS rocks, they have a great option called 'Pile of Loot' where you can keep items in their warehouse until you want to ship them together with newer items, thus saving on shipping costs. I use that option a lot.

You spent $200 on Mr. Bean? :horror

Haha, yea but I do like him. He is awesome. I just took a chance and got him. :D The $150 price tag at enterbay, does not include shipping which ultimately comes to about $200 anyway, so rather than getting it from overseas, I got it from BBTS.
