BBTS is located in Wisconsin (I am 99.9% sure)

They are top-notch, and you can go into your account and cancel pre-orders just like you would thru Sideshow.

I buy 99% of my collectibles from them.

I rather pay an extra couple bucks and have the satisfaction knowing they are packed properly, will answer emails, and offer great customer service.

I have been buying from them for years....

I miss their "Flat Rate Shipping" they used to offer. No matter how much stuff you ordered, the shipping rate was always $4.99

I'm also a loyal BBTS customer. If it's not an exclusive, Sideshow or otherwise, I'm buying it from Big Bad Toy Store. Consistently excellent customer service and their Pile of Loot feature is great.

Haha, yea but I do like him. He is awesome. I just took a chance and got him. :D The $150 price tag at enterbay, does not include shipping which ultimately comes to about $200 anyway, so rather than getting it from overseas, I got it from BBTS.

Yeah thats cool, as long as you are happy with it. I just for whatever reason thought it came out at $100.

I've shopped from them a lot over the years and I've never had a problem and they are also very good at answering email questions. Yeah they may not have the cheapiest prices but they will let you cancel pre-orders without a fee and if you cancel anything in stock they give you the money back as store credit so you aren't really getting charged there as long as you're staying in the hobby.

Can't say enough good about them. As was said, they sometimes get things a little later, but many times that helps me have time to get the money together for an item I know is coming, and NOBODY beats their packing- The thickest, strongest boxes out there, and plenty of bubble wrap. I use Sideshow for items with exclusive parts- like the Hot Toys Godfather with limited hat, and BBTS for regular release items. Their prices have actually become more reasonable over the last little while on most HT items, too.

Everyone who said that BBTS is in Wisconsin is correct, I just got a package from them. :D

Besides SSC, BBTS is fantastic. I do alot of PO's with them and their Pile of Loot feature is great!

I also like that they have no cancellation fees.

I've always had good experiences buying from BBTS. They are a top-notch company.

My only complaint is that they don't keep stock long enough (at least when it comes to GI Joes...)!

Yep, great customer service. They have a store in Somerset, WI, but sometimes they ship some orders direct from a warehouse of theirs in Minnesota.

I have ordered from BBTS repeatedly. Good service and their site is easy to navigate. Sometimes their preorders are kind of weird and take a looooong time to ship.

Been ordering from BBTS for years. Have never had a problem, and they always ship quickly and package well. Definitely one of the best sites to order collectibles from. Plus, you don't have to worry about tax if you're outside of Wisconsin! :D

Yes you are correct they are in Wisconsin. I love ordering from them because I usually always get my stuff next day since I am in Wisconsin. Woot!

other than SSC, BBTS is the only one I know that doesn't charge you for pre-orders and hit you with 15% restocking fees when you cancel an item. They are very professional and the item is always shipped quick and well packaged. The only draw back is they dont always get the item at the same time as everyone else, sometimes you have to wait a bit. But they are great to buy from and if there is a problem with the item its very easy to get it replaced or refunded. Highly recommended.

Hasbrotoyshop and Toysrus.com do the same, but obviously, you can't get higher-end items from them.

I like BBTS quite a bit. My only issue is them buying out store exclusives and reselling for profit. They apparently bought up all the TRU.com Ghostbuster Minimate exclusive pre-orders, and posted them on their site for a 100% profit. They did something similar with the Wal-Mart Masterpiece Starscreams a couple years back. Big thumbs down for those actions.

Also, following the post on the previous page, they still have some pre-orders up for item that came and went years ago, or that were cancelled. I also wish that, in their search pages, all their old, "sold out" stuff didn't appear. I know some stuff comes back into stock, but for stuff that has been sold out forever, I wish they would remove it all from their site.

BBTS is one of the two online stores that I use on a regular basis to order figures. I have preordered from them before and currently have the new Joker on order from them as well.
