Personally I think I will go down the route of getting a BCS Moore sculpt, then getting a tux suit, I am not that bothered about the L&LD black polo shirt look. I think the tux is more iconic to all the Bonds. I am wondering how easy it will be to get hold of the head just separate? Will have to wait and see.
The BCS Moore sculpt looks very promising.

It’s the iconic look for LALD but I’ve always struggled with the idea of having one guy not in a tux or suit too.

You will be able to get the head parted out from toy anxiety pretty easy after sideshow gets their stock.

Definitely the way to go with these figures from now on to avoid getting the full thing unless you absolutely need to. Skip the bad body that’s for sure!

I do want to have a spy who loved me tux Moore and was disappointed it never happened with yunsil.

We would need another head for that. Moore looked handsome and great in LALD and then from every movie on he aged massively and got mixed in with bad 70s style haha. He also suffered through his fair share of really bad bond movies.

I never understood why LALD is not a more universally acclaimed film because I love it. Only the Spy Who Loved me seems to be the one Moore film embraced by fans and critics alike.

It’s the iconic Moore.

I also liked his Golden Gun white military jacket look too but the film is not so good. But again the golden gun in itself is iconic.

There’s a minimum of two looks for each Bond I’d like but in some cases even more. Maybe only one for Dalton. I don’t care for him much to be honest. Well I still love him because I’m such a hardcore fan.

I agree , LALD is def underrated :)

Scruff,

Did you repaint the head at all? With that shirt and tie and body swap, that actually looks all right.

Nope, no repaint.

Gido, I’ll try to get a photo for you later when I’m back at home.

Edit: Here you go Gido.

That's good to know that TA will part the heads out.

Its hard to know what Moore's other most recognisable look as Bond is other then the tux version. I think BCS made a good decision with the grey suit look for Connery, that's probably the second most recognisable look for Connery after the Tux.

I saw monkey parted out the Goldfinger set too. Surprised either has not got a refresh yet though. my gold finger's pool cue snapped so I need a replacement.

I'm certain more will come though.

But this is where I got my second Connery head that I stripped and repainted. it had the nose rub.

It also only cost me 50 bucks or so I think.

In fact given that the clothing and bodies can be sourced in far superior quality to what Big chief will offer. it can be argued that even if you wanted the turtleneck look for Moore, getting the head and holster/pistol is the way to go. You will save money and have a better looking figure at the end of the day!

Wow!Thank you very much! Will trie to find where is separated part of neck.My gone of completely from body.

I took the head off the neck thing too so I could make it taller, but mine was glued in and took considerable work to get free.

Is the BCS head not on a ball socket? Is the connector actually fixed inside the body?
It's not fixed in the body- that one peace in photo is connector bottom of the neck ,which is on a ball socket of the body.

Gilbert was a much better director than he was an editior. Especially when Roald Dahl was involved. Some of the future bond directors just straight out tanked.

YOLT and TSWLM were almost the same movie !!!
And, both are awesome. Spy is such a good film in its own right, regardless of being Bond. I recall getting the LP and the Star Wars LP in Edinburgh back in the day. My first soundtracks.
LALD is what is coming tho, and I do like the look that BC are going for. This was actually the first Bond that I saw at the cinema . I was dragged along with my mate by his mum who was the one that actually wanted to see it.
I do remember liking at a lot, but I had no idea what it was about.

Here's my Connery, a work in progress. As yet unfutzed, I wanted to see how it looked on a HT body with the Yunsil shirt and tie. It's on a clone narrow shoulder TT without any modifications, and I personally think the suit fits pretty well. Still lots of work to do on it yet though!

Gorgeous.

I saw these in person for the first time this week and I don’t understand all the complaints at all. I think the paint is more than good enough. Sideshow figures were displayed next to these and the big chief pint was far nicer.
